Billing & Payments:
Placing an order for any product on our site is simple. As you browse through the Shop and a few other links, you can put the items that you want to purchase instantly in your shopping cart by clicking on the link “Add to Basket”. The “Add to Basket” button is provided with every item that is displayed on the screen and for items in stock. Once you have added the items you want to purchase to the shopping cart, enter your shipping address and make the payment, and the products you have purchased will soon be reaching you.
Order Processing:
We will process Product orders placed by customers on our site. We reserve the right to reject/disapprove orders that do not comply with any requirements that we periodically may establish. We will be responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment. Among other things, we will prepare order forms, process payments, cancellations, and returns, and handle customer service. We will track sales made to customers who purchase Products on our site. The form, content, and frequency of the reports may vary from time to time at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery:
Once the order is placed we will dispatch your product using courier services available and the shipping charge will be included in the product final checkout payment. Shipping charges depend on the width x height x length, weight of the product, and the shipping address.
Order Tracking:
Our customers are informed via mail, their courier number, and tracking number for the package when it is shipped.
We request our customers to log on to the site, for the details sent in the order mail.
Self Orders or Bulk Orders:
We encourage both Self and Bulk Orders, but we are limiting each product to number 5, if you need more please contact us.
